I can’t stop cheering for this brave couple!

In a case of classic American vigilante justice, a couple found the people who stole their SUV and held them at gunpoint until the police arrived.

KVAL 13 reports an Everett, Washington couple went searching on Sunday for the people who stole their Range Rover. They ultimately discovered the car in a McDonald’s parking lot.

According to KIRO 7, the couple blocked in the car in the parking lot and held the passengers at gunpoint. Although the driver fled, the rest of the passengers stayed put until the police arrived.

Aaron Snell, the spokesman for the Everett Police Department, said, “They kind of blocked it in. The male driver got out with a gun, ran up to the car, and demanded the occupants stay and wait until police arrived.”

James Paulsen, who witnessed the altercation, told KIRO 7 he saw the passengers of the car taking out what appeared to be “brand new stuff.”

The car reportedly held up to $10,000 worth of stolen goods.

Paulsen said the man “did the right thing.”

“The man had a concealed weapons permit. He did the right thing. He held him at gunpoint. When he ran, he didn’t shoot at him,” he explained. – MRCTV
