A shocking video was posted to Facebook two days ago showing a kidnapped and gagged young white special needs male being abused by 3 black thugs while another young black woman laughs and records the entire thing. The four Chicago residents have been arrested and the young man is in the hospital recovering from his injuries.

The full unedited, and very graphic video can be seen at bottom of the page.

Last night, after the teens were arrested, Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson told reporters at a news conference, “It’s makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that. I’ve been a cop for 28 years, and I’ve seen things that you shouldn’t see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me how you still see things that you just shouldn’t.

Not everyone thought this repulsive act was a big deal, including Chicago Commander Kevin Duffin and Chicago Superintendent Eddie Johnson who called the kidnapping and torture of this special needs teen, “a prank.”

To add insult to injury, Obama’s Press Liar told the media it was “too early” to tell if a live Facebook feed of a white special needs teenager who was kidnapped, forced to drink from a toilet, choked with a rope, beaten and scalped for several hours while his black attackers could be heard saying, “F*ck white people” could be considered a hate crime.

Shortly after White House Press Secretary Josh Ernest claimed he wasn’t sure if this will be considered a “hate crime,” the four black animals responsible for torturing the white special needs teen were charged with a hate crime.

The four alleged attackers who terrorized a white, mentally disabled man in Chicago and streamed footage of the disturbing incident live online have been charged with a hate crime.

Jordan Hill, 18, of Carpentersville, and Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 18, and Tanishia Covington, 24, all of Chicago, face charges of aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Hill also faces charges of robbery, residential burglary and possession of a stolen motor vehicle while Cooper and Brittany Covington are also charged with residential burglary, the newspaper reported, citing the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

The four individuals, who are black, allegedly held an 18-year-old special-needs man hostage and tortured him in an apartment on the West Side of the city, streaming the horrific ordeal on Facebook Live.

The victim can be seen in the video bound and gagged as his attackers beat him and cut his scalp with a knife. He cowers on the floor in a corner as someone urges him to say, “I love black people.”

“F–k Donald Trump, n—a, f–k white people!” one of the suspects tells the man in the video, which was livestreaming for roughly 30 minutes.

The victim was also forced to drink toilet water as he was berated, according to reports.

The suspects are expected to appear in bond court Friday.

The victim, who officials said was “traumatized” after the Tuesday attack, is a resident of suburban Crystal Lake and was acquainted with one of the suspects from school, said Chicago Police Department Commander Kevin Duffin.

The victim was reported missing by his parents Monday.

A day earlier, Duffin was hesitant to peg the attack as a hate crime, drawing the ire of some social media users.

“Although they’re young adults, they’re 18. Kids make stupid decisions,” said Duffin at a Wednesday press conference on the incident. “I shouldn’t call them kids. They’re legally adults, but they’re young adults and they make stupid decisions.” –NYP
