Who knew being a shakedown artist ran in the family?

Never mind that the lovely shakedown artist, Dominique Sharpton  posted about hiking up a mountain on her personal instagram account only one month ago…

Dominique Sharpton, the daughter of race-baiting, tax-evading Rev. Al, is suing the City of New York for $5 million after spraining her ankle while walking on a sidewalk downtown last year.

As weaselzippers reports, it’s just enough to pay daddy’s back taxes.

It clearly wasn’t a big deal when Dominique took to Instagram to post “I sprained my ankle real bad lol.”

She was pictured in a walking boot in the weeks following the tumble, but by December, Dominique was good to go for NAN’s Justice for All march in Washington, DC, and for a New Year’s Eve jaunt to Miami Beach.

And despite claiming “permanent physical pain” in a breathless notice of claim in December, at around the same time there were social-media shots of her in high heels and fancy dresses and climbing a ladder to decorate a Christmas tree.

But it must have got worse … much worse.

The New York Post is reporting daughter Sharpton and her ankle are currently vacationing in Bali, so they had to talk to one of the Sharpton lackeys.

The membership director for her gadfly dad’s National Action Network claims she “still suffers and will continue to suffer for some time physical pain and bodily injuries.”

Dominique claims she as “severely injured, bruised and wounded” when she stumbled over uneven pavement.

Falling in the street left her with “internal and external injuries to the whole body, lower and upper limbs, the full extent of which are unknown, permanent pain and mental anguish,” she alleges in the court document.

The younger Sharpton is seeking the damages for “loss of quality of life, future pain and suffering, future medical bills, [and] future diminution of income,” according to court papers.

The Instagram account, titled MsSharpton2U is private. Only Instagram users who have already been approved to follow Dominique can view her posts and uploaded IG images, or those who are able to view some of them via her Twitter links to Instagram. The Twitter account, also called MsSharpton2U, links to various Instagram posts, like one posted 19 hours ago that shows Dominique after a successful hike.

“We hiked UP the mountain, over the clouds… into the SUNRISE… One of the most beautiful sites ever. And YES I ALMOST DIED GETTING UP THERE LOL #Balidays we made it, WHEW”

The fact that Sharpton is claiming she endured “internal and external injuries to the whole body, lower and upper limbs the full extent of which are unknown, permanent pain and mental anguish” isn’t being met with much sympathy online on Sunday.

The $5 million payment would make up for Dominique’s “loss of quality of life, future pain,” and other ailments, reads the court filing. Certain photos have been deleted from Sharpton’s Instagram account, such as the one that used to reside at the http://instagram.com/p/u9oNtSLDt1/ URL, which was posted on November 3, 2014. Only one month after her injury, the Instagram photo could’ve provided photographic proof as to the extent of her injuries. Via: Inquisitir
