Amarillo is crawling with refugees! The UN and State Department have chosen this city to be a target for Muslim refugees from all over the world. Texas is now the #1 resettlement state. EVERY American should read up and know about how YOUR tax dollars are spent on the local programs for refugees. It’s insanity!

We recently posted a great video from a woman who left Amarillo because it was so over run with Muslim refugees. Her commentary is pretty shocking:

SHOCKING! ONE WOMAN’S STORY Of The Muslim Invasion In Her American Town: “Now they’re expecting us to give them cars.” [Video]

The crime crisis born of the influx of Muslim refugees may no longer be limited to Europe. According to a former resident of Amarillo, Texas, it has already started in America.

Karen Sherman, formerly of Amarillo, now of Missoula, Montana, stood in front of the local courthouse on Monday to warn citizens of just that. Should Obama’s plans to plant foreign migrants in Missoula succeed, those citizens could they could well be facing the kind of “civil unrest” Europe is dealing with now.

In front of the courthouse, 120 residents gathered to listen to her tale, according to WND.

“Amarillo is overrun with refugees,” Sherman said. She claimed the refugees have previously been given preferential treatment ahead of citizens in receiving benefits. “Now they’re expecting us to give them cars.”

KAREN SHERMAN’S TOWN WAS OVERRUN WITH MUSLIMS:

Amarillo Mayor Paul Harpole took his decades-long knowledge about the city’s refugees — their progress and challenges — to state lawmakers last week and he plans to continue the discussion locally today.

Harpole testified last Thursday in Austin at a hearing on refugee resettlement programs before the State Senate Committee on Health and Human Services to address resettlement rates, language barriers in schools and an alleged lack of foresight from Washington.

He addressed what he called disparities between the resettlement rate in Amarillo and the rates of cities in Texas and elsewhere. He also repeated a claim he’s made several times.

“The City of Amarillo gets more refugees per 100,000 population than any city in the world,” Harpole testified before the committee.

He also cited figures from per capita comparisons of other U.S. cities that suggest Amarillo should take in between 65 and 90 refugees a year. Instead, he said, “We get about 500 a year.”

This topic also will be discussed today at City Hall during a council work session.

At the forefront is the effect the city’s refugee numbers have on Amarillo Independent School District.

According to Christina Ritter, the ESL Program Supervisor for Amarillo ISD, the district is home to nearly 1,400 refugee students, as of Monday.

The biggest populations are at Palo Duro High School (278) and Eastridge Elementary School (208).

And language creates a complex issue.

“We have 14 different refugee languages that we report to the state,” Ritter said. When you factor in all the dialects of those languages, “We have 75 different spoken languages in our schools.”

With those factors in play, Harpole said it’s difficult to meet federal mandates.

“There’s no way,” Harpole said. “Think you can take a child that’s never set foot in the school, he’s at fifth-grade level, he’s never seen the inside of the school, and get him to grade level in one or three years? It’s insanity.”
