BREAKING NEWS – Chattanooga shooter who killed four US Marines is Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez:

NBC News reports that Abdulazeez is a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Kuwait.

Authorities said the 41-year-old gunman lived in the Chattanooga area recently, but CBS News reports that he is from Phoenix, Arizona.

His only available criminal record is a traffic ticket from 2013 in Maricopa County, Arizona. Public records show he has lived in Arizona since at least 2009.

Chattanooga, TN was hit by a shooter at two different locations:

The U.S. Navy said in a tweet that there was a shooting at a Navy recruiting building on Amnicola Highway in Chattanooga.

A facility 7 miles away on Old Lee Highway also was attacked.

We know that a police officer is in stable condition but four Marines have been killed. The shooter never got out of his car and shot from his convertible at both locations. He was killed by police in a wooded area as he tried to escape.

The military staff in the building would not be armed. There was no guard present. The facility had just undergone a $1.7 million dollar update but no guard at the gates. New details are coming in but not confirmed. There was a tweet that came in from ISIS but we cannot confirm if they are responsible:
