“The Clinton camp has been able to project a neo-McCarthyist hysteria that Russia is responsible for everything. Hillary Clinton has stated multiple times, falsely, that 17 US intelligence agencies had assessed that Russia was the source of our publications. Judge Napolitano is reporting that it is not the Russians who handed over the emails to Wikileaks, but angry agents at the NSA:

A former high ranking NSA official is saying that agents furious that Hillary Clinton stored secret documents on her private email server, who believe that it was compromised and lead to the deaths of undercover intelligence officers abroad, simply gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.
