Tulsi Gabbard, a former congresswoman, Democratic presidential candidate, and U.S. military veteran, intends to take legal action against the Biden administration for placing her on a terrorist watch list.
According to prior reports, Gabbard was placed on a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) watchlist under a program called ‘Quiet Skies.’
“This is a clear act of political retaliation,” Gabbard told Laura Ingraham.
“The very next day after my conversation on the air with you warning the American people about how dangerous a Kamala Harris presidency would be, I was placed on this domestic terror watchlist which is called the Quiet Skies list under the Department of Homeland Security,” she added.

Hawaii News Now reports:
Several local lawmakers are firing back after learning former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was placed on the terror watch list.
Representatives Gene Ward, Diamond Garcia, Davis Alcos and Elijah Pierick sent a letter to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) asking for answers and calling the move “harassment.”
The Air Marshal National Council says whistle-blowers told them that Gabbard is included in the Quiet Skies program, which monitors “elevated risks to aviation security.”
Report say at least five agents and two explosive detection canine teams were following Gabbard and her husband last month.
Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) requested a meeting with TSA Administrator David P. Pekoske regarding the report that Gabbard was placed on the suspected-terrorist watchlist.
“I have been told Mrs. Gabbard has been placed on a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) watchlist under a program known as ‘Quiet Skies’. I find this profoundly troubling for a number of reasons,” Burchett wrote in a letter.

In response, Gabbard intends to take legal action against the Biden administration.
“My own government, my president, my commander-in-chief is targeting me as a potential domestic terrorist, the closest word that comes to mind is a complete sense of betrayal,” Gabbard said.
“After serving over 21 years and continuing to serve in our nation’s military, my own government has labeled and is targeting me directly now as a domestic terrorist,” she continued.
“They are using people like the air marshals as weapons and pawns to target their political opponents,” she added.
“Of course there’s no explanation given, which is why we are taking legal recourse,” she added.

Per Hot Air:
There is absolutely no reason for Gabbard to be part of the “Quiet Skies” program. None. Not one.
Quiet Skies is extremely resource-intensive. Not only do people on the list get enhanced scrutiny and searches, but they are also followed by police at the airports, and armed Air Marshals follow them on flights because the target is deemed a security risk.
She was put on the Quiet Skies list the day after she appeared on Fox News criticizing the Deep State.
