Russia is creating a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine and intends to begin treating patients in October 2025.

The vaccine, EnteroMix, was developed using technology similar to that of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.

“The vaccine uses AI-driven algorithms to create individualized mRNA blueprints based on patient genetic data, reducing development time from months to hours,” MedPath stated.

“The Russian EnteroMix cancer vaccine is now ready for clinical use,” the Russian Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA) announced, according to Business Standard.

Reports claim the vaccine has shown 100 percent efficacy in early clinical trials.

Where have we heard that before?

“Moscow says it’s cracked the code: Enteromix, an mRNA-based cancer vaccine that allegedly showed 100% efficacy in clinical trials – shrinking and destroying tumors with zero major side effects. Built on the same tech as COVID shots, this one’s pitched as personalized immunotherapy: it trains the body to hunt cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue,” Mario Nawfal wrote.

“Trials covered lung, breast, colorectal, pancreatic – even chemo-resistant cancers. The vaccine’s already in limited clinical use in Russia and now awaits final Health Ministry approval for mass rollout,” he added.

FMBA head Veronica Skvortsova said the mRNA-based vaccine had successfully passed preclinical trials, demonstrating both safety and high effectiveness. It showed significant results in shrinking tumours and slowing growth, and was found safe for repeated use. The vaccine will be tailored to each patient’s RNA, making it a fully personalised therapy.

Skvortsova added that while colorectal cancer is the initial focus, versions are also being developed for glioblastoma—a highly aggressive brain tumour—and specific forms of melanoma, a type of skin cancer.

The announcement was made via Sputnik, a global wire and digital news service, in a post on X.

The oncolytic vaccine was developed by the Ministry of Health’s National Medical Research Radiology Centre (NMRRC) in collaboration with the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology under the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Its public launch took place at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2025), where Russia highlighted its latest medical research and biotech breakthroughs.

“Russia is set to launch human trials for a groundbreaking cancer vaccine, aiming to make it widely available to the public. Back in December, Russian scientists announced they had developed a therapeutic mRNA-based treatment specifically designed to fight cancer,” Shadow of Ezra wrote last month.

“The government now plans to roll it out free of charge to patients, marking a major step in its national healthcare strategy,” the post added.

The vaccine development follows a sophisticated three-step program designed to create individualized treatments. The first stage involves developing mathematical algorithms that generate individual mRNA blueprints based on each patient’s genetic data. This molecular template forms the foundation for the personalized drug.

In the second stage, therapeutic mRNA is synthesized according to these genetic schemes at the Gamaleya Center’s production facility. The synthesized molecule encodes specific peptides and proteins necessary to activate the immune response in each particular patient, targeting both primary tumors and metastatic foci.

The integration of artificial intelligence represents a breakthrough in vaccine development speed. AI algorithms optimize the vaccine design process, reducing the time required to create personalized doses from months to hours, setting a new standard for rapid therapeutic development.

Pre-clinical trials have yielded highly encouraging results, with scientists reporting reduced tumor growth and minimized chances of metastasis. The vaccine leverages messenger RNA technology to instruct the body’s cells to produce proteins that mimic cancer cells, triggering an immune response that trains the body to recognize and destroy malignant cells.

The developers have designed the vaccine to address the complexity of cancer treatment, with Gintsburg noting that more than 300 histological and phenotypic types of oncological diseases are known today. The team remains prepared to adapt the vaccine to meet new therapeutic challenges as they emerge.

And I would also add this: I would never advise anyone to STOP their current cancer treatments if you are on them.  The only thing I would say is what do you have to lose?  Why not try this in parallel?  If Rick and all the other people giving their testimonies are wrong and it doesn’t work for you, what harm is there in trying?  It reminds me so much of when President Trump passed “Right To Try” and said let them try!  What do you have to lose?  Exactly!  That would be how I would approach it, and I also plan to start taking a daily dose as preventative care.
