A year and a half after Senator Grassley and the Judiciary Committee questioned why Hillary Clinton still had a security clearance, the clearance has been withdrawn. Yes, isn’t it about time! The interesting way it happened shows how things work in D.C. and how slow the pace is to get anything done. Grassley sent the letter last March and then this August just one week after John Brennan’s clearance was pulled, Hillary just so happened to “request” that her clearance be pulled. A preemptive strike?

Clinton and 5 others had security clearances withdrawn and they are reviewing the clearances of others. Cheryl Mills is one of those five who had security clearances withdrawn. The four other names are redacted. The latest on Mills below is a reminder that this whole case is a botched hot mess and a cover-up by intel agencies:
Tom Fitton was in court today and had this to say about Mills: Judge Lamberth said he was dumbfounded DOJ granted Cheryl Mills immunity after he earlier found her to have committed perjury…
The DOJ gave Cheryl Mills immunity then the FBI offered to destroy the laptop of evidence for her. 😒 https://t.co/9R7kM2rKap

“AT HER REQUEST”
It’s interesting that Hillary Clinton preemptively had her security clearance withdrawn in August “at her request”.
Washington Examiner reports:
State Department official Charles Faulkner wrote to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, in a letter released Friday. The letter sent to Senator Grassley was part of the investigation into the “mishandling” of classified information by Clinton during her tenure at the State Department.
It’s believed that saying this was at her request gives Clinton a way of saying this isn’t important to her…we don’t buy it. She knew this was coming and decided to preemptively to have the clearance withdrawn.
It’s about time!
