Law firm to pursue lawsuits against all major airlines, the FAA, and DOT over Vaxx mandates on behalf of employees
Could we finally be seeing the start of vaccine justice? John Pierce Law filed a lawsuit against Atlas Air on behalf of employees and the US Freedom Flyers (USFF.) The firm also plans to sue all other major airlines, 18 in total, along with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Transportation. These lawsuits are to be over COVID-19 vaccine mandates for employees of major airlines which violated their constitutional, religious, and medical liberties.
Over 100 plaintiffs are pursuing litigation against Atlas Air in the case filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida.
The lawsuit reads, from the Epoch Times:
“Fundamentally, this case is about whether Americans should be required to choose between their livelihoods and being coerced into taking an experimental, dangerous medical treatment.”
“It is also about the safety of America’s airline industry. Should pilots—under federal regulation required to be among the healthiest workers in the United States—who have taken an experimental ‘vaccine’ that is now shown to have potentially deadly, long-term side effects, be allowed to fly massive aircraft in our skies? While those who have (smartly) refrained from such a course be forced out of their jobs?”
The plaintiffs are primarily unvaccinated pilots and Atlas staff.
The law firm was founded by John Pierce who had previously represented George Papadopoulos in the Russia Hoax in 2016–reaching a dismissal of the DNC’s case–and who currently represents some of the political prisoners from the January 6th demonstration.
“We’ll be hitting basically all of them in sequence, and then we’ll be going after the FAA as well. We’re gonna get these vaccine mandate type of rules and COVID restrictions ruled unconstitutional. And we’re gonna get findings that there was discrimination under Title Seven. We’re gonna get punitive damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and things like that,”
These pilots and airline professionals have been adversely impacted b y the vaccine mandates, often forced to choose between their livelihoods and their health and liberty. No matter which choice they made, they suffered a loss. John Pierce Law is pursuing litigation for this injustice against all those responsible–from the airlines up to the federal Department of Transportation.
