The Ohio Senate approved the Protect All Students Act (Senate Bill 104).

This requires students to use bathrooms and locker rooms matching their biological sex. Amazing that this even needed.

The bill prohibits gender-neutral facilities in schools and universities.

Advocates cite safety concerns, while opponents view it as ‘discriminatory’.

Discriminatory? Okay, we need to push back against these people AND their word usage.

Is anyone else sick and tired of the Left controlling language and weaponizing it?

We all discriminate. You “discriminate” against Coca-Cola when you choose to drink a glass of juice instead.

And being “prejudice” means: a preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.

Well, we have years of experience and plenty reasons to be against having mixed bathrooms, so with that definition we aren’t prejudice at all.

That’s one of the reasons the Establishment wants to keep society dumbed down, so it can guilt it and manipulate it with words that have twisted meanings.

The Post Millennial reports:

The Ohio Senate approved Senate Bill 104 – the Protect All Students Act – that would mandate students to use the bathroom associated with their biological sex and not their gender identity. The bill passed 24-7, with Republicans supporting it and Democrats opposing it and will ensure students at the primary, secondary and post-secondary level use a bathroom or locker room in accordance with the sex assigned to them at birth, CNN reported.

Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH) is expected to sign the bill that would also prohibit any-gender bathrooms or locker facilities. The policy would not apply to school employees, the disabled or children under 10 who require the assistance of a family member or guardian. Advocates of the bill argue that gender-neutral bathrooms have allowed for the rape of female students and allowing biological males into female bathrooms is intimidating for girls and women.

DeWine is expected to ask for a legal review of the bill before he commits to signing it, the Associated Press reported. “We have no new comment,” DeWine spokesperson Dan Tierney told CNN on Thursday. “While the bill has passed, it has not been delivered to our office yet for signature.”

Ohio is really taking back serious ground!

Of course, the Democrats can’t allow anything other than worship towards the trannies.

So Senator Nickie Antonio, a proud member of the protected class LGBTQ, is trying to fight this bill.
