“The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.” –  President Ronald Reagan

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claims she feared for her life on January 6th, and even worse, thought she’d be raped.

AOC told CNN’s Dana Bash in an interview on Monday that not only did she believe she’d be killed, but she feared being raped as well, saying, “White supremacy and patriarchy are very linked in a lot of ways.” Adding, “There’s a lot of sexualizing of that violence and I didn’t think that I was just going to be killed, I thought other things were going to happen to me as well.”

“You didn’t only think you were going to die, you thought you were going to be raped?” host Dana Bash asked.

“Yeah, I thought I was,” Ocasio-Cortez said nodding.

Back in February, we reported on Ocasio-Cortez’s dramatic recounting of events (as she allegedly perceived them) at the capitol where she claimed to take cover in her office, hiding from the raging mob:

”And so I run back into my office,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “I slam my door. There’s another kind of like back area to my office, and I open it, and there’s a closet and a bathroom. And I jump into my bathroom…In between the screams and the yells,” Ocasio-Cortez added, “I mean, I thought I was going to die.”

The problem with AOC’s story is it simply isn’t true. As reported by Red State:

AOC wasn’t even in the Capitol building where all the action was going down. If she was in her office, she was in the Cannon Building which is nearby, but a different building. But of course, many didn’t get the logistics and just assumed that she was in the Capitol building.

According to Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who has an office in the same hall as AOC, two doors away, there were never any rioters in their hall so there was never any physical danger from rioters coming in at any point.”

Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) destroyed AOC’s story in a single tweet:

‘AOC Wasn’t in the Capitol Building During Her ‘Near Death’ Experience,’ Posobiec wrote on Twitter. In a separate tweet, he added, ‘Maps cut through the rhetoric.’

The Daily Mail covered AOC’s sit-down with Dana Bash which includes a short clip of the interview, where ominous music plays in the background for effect while an emotional AOC embellishes the truth of her alleged harrowing experience on January 6th.

Ocasio-Cortez’s emotional recollection came in a preview for the CNN series Being, which is airing an episode on her Monday evening.

‘One of the reasons why that impact was so doubled that day is because of the misogyny and the racism that is so deeply rooted, and animated that attack on the Capitol,’ she said.

The New York lawmaker already said she worried she’d be killed in her past accounts of January 6th.

Candace Owens mocked AOC on Twitter, comparing her to Jussie Smollett, the Empire actor who was accused of lying about being attacked by Trump supporters, tweeting:

‘I’d like to remind everyone that I live in Washington D.C – just a few blocks from the Capitol building,’ ‘Long story short, Ted Cruz tried to murder me too. #AlexandriaOcasioSmollett’

Democrats do not care when their lies, hypocrisy, and corruption have been exposed. Their allies in the Main Stream Media and social media tech-tyrants will quickly make that information go away, disappear like it never happened. Then AOC and her unscrupulous party simply pick up where they left off; misleading Americans and lying through their wretched teeth.
