The Associated Press CEO Gary Pruitt claimed shock and ignorance of Hamas operating in his building (see video below) after it was completely leveled yesterday. It turns out that a report from 2014 has busted the Associated Press CEO for lying about knowledge of terrorist group Hamas being in the building.

The Jerusalem Post reports that Israel shared their intelligence with the US showing how Hamas operated inside the same building with the Associated Press and Al-Jazeera in Gaza:
Officials in more than one government office confirmed that US President Joe Biden’s phone call to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday was, in part, about the bombing of the building, and that Israel showed Biden and American officials the intelligence behind the action.
“We showed them the smoking gun proving Hamas worked out of that building,” a source close to Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi said. “I understand they found the explanation satisfactory.”

Israel gave the people in the building housing the AP, Al Jazeera and Hamas one hour to vacate the building before they completely leveled it (video below).

A 2014 article, as reported by the Gateway Pundit, also comes out to say Hamas was in the AP building in Gaza:

“Despite [Israel] giving forewarning, AP reacted with righteous indignation, expressing ‘shock’ and ‘horror’ that ‘the Israeli military would target and destroy the building housing AP’s bureau and other news organizations in Gaza,’” posted David Lange, operator of the popular Israellycool site.

“I believe they are lying and absolutely knew Hamas was in the building,” added Lange, citing comments from the building’s owner immediately before the attack and remarks from former AP reporter Matti Friedman who blew the whistle on the agency’s refusal, to tell the truth about Hamas in 2014.

In support, Lange quoted Friedman’s 2014 comments: “The AP staff in Gaza City would witness a rocket launch right beside their office, endangering reporters and other civilians nearby—and the AP wouldn’t report it, not even in AP articles about Israeli claims that Hamas was launching rockets from residential areas.”

Friedman continued, “Hamas fighters would burst into the AP’s Gaza bureau and threaten the staff—and the AP wouldn’t report it. . . Cameramen waiting outside Shifa Hospital in Gaza City would film the arrival of civilian casualties and then, at a signal from an official, turn off their cameras when wounded and dead fighters came in, helping Hamas maintain the illusion that only civilians were dying. (This too happened; the information comes from multiple sources with firsthand knowledge of these incidents.).”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu isn’t playing around. He’s going after the propagandist news outlets in Gaza that assist Hamas. The building housing Al Jazeera and the AP was completely destroyed today (see video below). The Israeli Air Force released a statement via Twitter after the bombing. The CEO of the Associated Press claimed ignorance of any connection to or assistance to Hamas (see video below).

“The building contained civilian media offices, which the Hamas terror organization hides behind and uses as human shields. The Hamas terror organization deliberately places military targets at the heart of densely populated civilian areas in the Gaza Strip.”

“Prior to the strike, the IAF provided advance warning to civilians in the building and allowed sufficient time for them to evacuate the site.”

Watch the video below where an Israeli airstrike on Saturday targeted and destroyed a high-rise building in Gaza City that housed offices of The Associated Press and Al Jazeera. Israel also bombed the home of a top leader of Hamas.

There was a warning to evacuate one hour before the building was bombed:

The CEO of the Associated Press, Gary Pruitt, claims he’s “shocked and horrified” by the bombing:

No report on the bandaid on his nose… Republicans should be asking the AP if they were in a commercial relationship with Hamas, a US State Dept designated foreign terrorist organization.
