Throughout his lifetime and presidency, President Trump has played many roles.

Commander-in-Chief. Real estate developer. Peacemaker.

Heck, he was even a McDonald’s employee!

But tonight, our president served as an auctioneer at his Mar-a-Lago New Year’s Eve bash.

It started when a very talented artist painted an incredible portrait of Jesus Christ right there, on-the-spot before all of the attendees.

See for yourself:

Truly amazing work — and, what a great way to ring in the new year right, with the focus on Jesus!

In case you want to look her up, Mediaite has more on the artist:

The painting was by Vanessa Horabuena. She has 806,000 followers on Instagram, where she describes herself as a “Christian worship artist.”

Before the bidding, Horabuena painted Jesus’ face on a black canvas in front of the attendees in about 10 minutes.

After she was finished painting, President Trump joined Vanessa up on stage to play auctioneer!

The proceeds from the auction will go to charity, with half going to St. Jude’s Research Hospital and the other half to the local sheriff’s office.

Here’s a clip of President Trump starting off the bidding:

President Trump sure seems in his element! Maybe he should do this more often.

Ultimately, the painting sold for for a whopping $2.75 million.
