MSNBC host Rachel Maddow attempted to use her interview with Benghazi liar, and Obama’s former NSA Susan Rice, to prove the U.S. airstrike that led to the death of Iranian terrorist/General Soleimani was a mistake. “There’s been a bunch of reporting over a period years, that the U.S. had previously assessed that it could be more dangerous to kill Soleimani than to allow him to live,” Maddow exclaimed.
Rice threw a bit of a wrench into Maddow’s propaganda efforts against Trump, telling her, “The Obama administration was not presented with an opportunity by our intelligence community or by the U.S. military to strike Qassem Soleimani,” Rice explained, adding that they would have carefully assessed the risks vs. the rewards.
Instead of agreeing with Maddow, Rice admitted that from what she knows about the airstrike on Soleimani, the benefits of killing him outweighed the risks. Rice should’ve stopped while she was ahead, but instead, the woman who tasked with covering up Obama and Hillary’s abject failures in protecting American citizens in our embassy in Benghazi, added: “We also would have taken all sorts of time and effort to prepare, to ensure that our personal, diplomatic and military in the region, were maximally protected, um— against the likelihood of Iranian retaliation.”
Susan Rice, who is best known for intentionally lying on several Sunday morning shows about how a video was the cause of the attacks on our U.S. Embassy in Benghazi that left four Americans dead, is probably not the best person to explain how the Obama regime would protect our diplomats and military in a hostile environment.

So we’ll want to see the results of that [FBI] investigation to draw any definitive conclusions. But based on the best information we have to date, what our assessment is as of the present is in fact what began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo where, of course, as you know, there was a violent protest outside of our embassy– –sparked by this hateful video. But soon after that spontaneous protest began outside of our consulate in Benghazi, we believe that it looks like extremist elements, individuals, joined in that– in that effort with heavy weapons of the sort that are, unfortunately, readily now available in Libya post-revolution. And that it spun from there into something much, much more violent.
Watch Susan Rice lie Face The Nation’s Bob Schieffer about the reason for the attack on our U.S. embassy in Benghazi.
Here’s an excerpt from Rice lying during her interview with David Gregory of “Meet The Press” about the reason for the attack in Benghazi that left four Americans dead.
DAVID GREGORY: Well, let’s talk– talk about– well, you talked about this as spontaneous. Can you say definitively that the attacks on– on our consulate in Libya that killed Ambassador Stevens and others their security personnel, that was spontaneous, was it a planned attack? Was there a terrorist element to it?
MS. RICE: Well, let us– let me tell you the– the best information we have at present. First of all, there’s an FBI investigation which is ongoing. And we look to that investigation to give us the definitive word as to what transpired. But putting together the best information that we have available to us today our current assessment is that what happened in Benghazi was in fact initially a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired hours before in Cairo, almost a copycat of– of the demonstrations against our facility in Cairo, which were prompted, of course, by the video.
After it was discovered that Susan Rice lied to the media about the attack on our Benghazi embassy, she refused to take responsibility for lying to the American people.
