Only weeks before the 2106 presidential election, CNN reporter Chris Cillizza attempted to prove how unbiased the media is when it comes to political parties with one ridiculous tweet that didn’t age very well.

On October 16, 2016, Cillizza tweeted: “Let me say for the billionth time: Reporters don’t root for a side. Period.

Less than two years later, fake news CNN host, Chris Cillizza shows how truly biased he really is with one ridiculous tweet. In his tweet, Cillizza actually criticizes President Trump for honoring the victims of 9-11 today, on the 17th anniversary of the worst terror attack by Islamic extremists in American history. Cillizza, apparently believes that President Trump should instead, be standing on the shore of North Carolina with arms stretched wide open, trying to stop “Florence”, a category 4 hurricane, from making landfall.

Cillizza tweeted: No big deal — just the president of the United States watching a taped Fox Business Channel show on the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and with a massive hurricane moving toward the east coast…

Twitter users wasted no time telling Cillizza what they thought about his embarrassing tweet.

“Maggie’s Kid” responded to Cillizza, reminding him where Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton could be found during another historic event that took place on 9-11 only eleven years later, the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi that left 4 innocent Americans dead. She tweeted: At least he’s not in bed while Americans are being slaughtered at a US Embassy in Libya on the anniversary.

John Cerghin slammed the ignorance of CNN’s Cillizza’s remark, saying: “Someone should have told Florence not to threaten NC around 9/11, huh?”

“Emma the Operatic Bot,” asked Cillizza if President Trump should just “tweet the hurricane into submission”?
