Biden Admin sold 950,000 barrels of oil to a Chinese state-owned business with ties to Hunter Biden and his firm
In April, Biden’s Administration announced that they would sell nearly one million barrels of oil from reserves to Unipec, the trading arm of Chinese state-owned oil company Sinopec.
It’s already enough that this oil could have been used to drive down the ridiculous prices here in America, but it gets even worse.
A private equity firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, BHR, reportedly purchased a nearly $2 billion stake in Sinopec back in 2015.
From the Washington Free Beacon:
Biden is connected to Sinopec through BHR Partners, a private equity firm he cofounded in 2013. BHR bought a $1.7 billion stake in Sinopec Marketing in 2015. Biden at one point owned a 10 percent stake in BHR Partners through his wholly owned firm, Skaneateles, LLC.
Although Hunter Biden and the White House have claimed throughout 2019 and 2020 that Hunter Biden is no longer a partner with the equity firm, Chinese records still show him as a stakeholder.
Furthermore, Unipec fuels the Russian war economy by continuing to purchase oil from the aggressive nation. Therefore, by doing business with Unipec Biden is managing to accomplish three things:
Circumventing his own sanction regime against Russia;
Funding his son’s business investments;
And taking gas away from America and the American people to give to an openly hostile state with massive human rights violations.
The corruption and incompetence of the Biden regime go hand in hand as they tank the American energy industry and prop up ailing hostile states such as China.
