Peggy Hubberd’s rant went viral because she cared so much for the 9-year old little girl who was shot and killed in Ferguson on the same day a protest occurred regarding a criminal shot by police: “She never got a chance to drive a car, go to a prom, first kiss, first dance.. none of those things are going to develop for her.”
