Officer William ‘Billy’ Evans is dead after a 25-yr-old Nation of Islam follower plowed a vehicle into two police officers before crashing into a barrier at the U.S. Capitol on Friday.

Breaking 911 reports – Police say the suspect, 25-year-old Noah Green, of Indiana, then exited his vehicle with a knife and lunged at officers when he was shot dead.

A lifeless person was seen, as they were taken away on a stretcher at the crime scene.

“Peace, friends, family, enemies, and the like,” Green wrote on Facebook in March. “To be honest these past few years have been tough, and these past few months have been tougher. I have been tried with some of the biggest, unimaginable tests in my life. I am currently now unemployed after I left my job partly due to afflictions, but ultimately, in search of a spiritual journey.”

“It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the passing of Officer William ‘Billy’ Evans this afternoon from injuries he sustained following an attack at the North Barricade by a lone assailant,” said Acting U.S. Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman. “Officer Evans had been a member of the United States Capitol Police for 18 years.  He began his USCP service on March 7, 2003, and was a member of the Capit0l Division’s First Responder’s Unit. Please keep Officer Evans and his family in your thoughts and prayers.”

Live video aired on ‘Fox News Now’ showed a lifeless man being taken to an ambulance on a stretcher. It was not confirmed if this person was the attacker.

According to Green’s Facebook page, he was a follower of the radical group the Nation of Islam.

Joe Biden and Speaker Pelosi both offered statements of grief over the death of the Capitol Police officer.

Nancy Pelosi called the Capitol Police officer a “martyr.” We’re pretty sure she will correct herself once she discovers the murderer is a Nation of Islam follower. So far, she has not mentioned anything about lying the Capitol police officer’s body in the Capitol Rotunda, like the publicity stunt she pulled when she laid Officer Sicknick’s body in the rotunda following his death two days after the Capitol breach
