The extremely popular 68-yr-old WarRoom host Steve Bannon has been indicted for an undisclosed charge by SDNY “thugs” for his alleged role in the “We Build The Wall” crowdfunding effort to pay for the wall lawmakers refused to fully fund.
According to the Daily Mail, he is expected to surrender on charges related to his ‘We Build the Wall’ fundraising effort in a NYC court on Thursday.
Bannon called the indictment ‘phony charges’ and the prosecutors ‘deranged thugs.’
Triple amputee and Air Force Veteran Brian Kolfage, who lost his limbs in the Iraq war, will be sentenced this month in a federal court for his role in the “We Build The Wall” fundraising effort where he plead guilty to siphoning off up to $350K in funds collected for the purposes of building the wall. He is facing up to 46 years in prison, but as part of his plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to ask for a maximum of 5 years prison time for the triple amputee.
Andrew Badolato was also charged in the crowdsourcing effort where members allegedly skimmed money from the massive fund.
Steve Bannon, a former senior White House Advisor to Trump, was also charged in the alleged scandal but was pardoned by President Trump in his final days at the White House.
In brief remarks at the plea hearing, both Kolfage and Badolato told Barack Obama appointed Judge Analise Torres they knowingly lied to donors, claiming they would not take any of the cash for personal gain as the online campaign raked in millions of dollars.

The SDNY leftists continue to use the power of the legal system to wage a battle against Steve Bannon and anyone who appears to threaten their grip on power.
The Manhattan district attorney’s office opened its investigation into Bannon shortly after Trump pardoned his longtime ally as he was leaving the White House in January 2021, reported CNN.
Bannon warned: “They are coming after all of us, not only President Trump and myself. I am never going to stop fighting.”
Bannon made the following statement to GETTR CEO Jason Miller regarding the Marxist Democrats’ efforts to take him down:
