This morning, former Trump attorney, Michael Cohen plead guilty of lying to the Mueller investigative team related to the following points:

1. Moscow Project deal lasted until into Summer 2016

2. Cohen discussed deal more than three times with candidate Trump

3. Cohen briefed Trump family members

4. Cohen took steps in contemplation of Trump’s travel to Russia

Cohen said by 2016 he no longer worked for Trump but now says he continued communication with him into the summer.

Cohen last year testified before both the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, as both explored possible collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia.

In October 2017, Cohen testified — and said publicly — that the Trump Organization’s discussions about a prospective real-estate development in Moscow ended in January 2016, before the Iowa caucuses. –Market Watch

After Michael Cohen, who’s been accused of multiple crimes unrelated to Trump, admitted he lied today in court, many legal experts weighed in, including attorney Robert Barnes, who has been pleading the case against  the Mueller witch hunt on Twitter from the outset. In his first tweet, Barnes reminded everyone how the Mueller indictments wouldn’t even be happening had it not been for the “soviet style” Mueller witch hunt against Trump, where the investigation itself creates the crimes to imprison people.

Extraordinary aspect of indictments is how most of the indictments would not exist but for investigation itself. This is the Soviet-style system where the investigation itself creates the crimes to imprison people.

In a response to George Stephanopoulos’ breathless tweet about the plea deal reached with Michael Cohen and Meuller this morning, Barnes reminded him that Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein assured President Trump that the original raid on Michael Cohen’s law office had nothing to do with President Trump.

Anti-Trump Jonathan Karl also breathlessly reported on the Cohen plea, saying that “Individual 1” that Cohen referred to in court today, is Donald Trump.

Barnes reminded ABC’s Jonathan Karl that Mueller couldn’t find any evidence of Trump-Russia collusion or that Trump instructed Cohen to lie:

In other words, couldn’t even find evidence Trump coordinated, requested or instructed Cohen to lie. Instead, Cohen, at request, shifts his motive to lie to blame Trump in order to hide his intent to profit from his (incorrectly) perceived closeness to Trump.

So, now that we know who “Individual 1” is in the court documents released today, who is “Individual 2”? It appears that “Individual 2” is FBI informant and “childhood friend” of Michael Cohen, who claims he was never in contact with Putin or any government official related to Putin in his attempts to secure a real estate deal for a Trump Tower in Moscow.

COHEN never agreed to travel to Russia in connection with the Moscow Project and “never considered” asking Individual 1 to travel for the project. “I primarily communicated with the Moscow- based development company… through a U.S. citizen third-party intermediary, [Individual 2]…[Individual 2] constantly asked me to travel to Moscow as part of his efforts to push forward the discussion of the proposal. I ultimately determined that the proposal was not feasible and never agreed to make a trip to Russia . Despite overtures by [Individual 2], I never considered asking [Individual l] to travel to Russia in connection with this proposal.

COHEN did not recall any Russian government response or contact about the Moscow Project. ” In mid- January 2016, [Individual 2] suggested that I send an email to [Russian Official l], the Press Secretary for the President of Russia, since the proposal would require approvals within the Russian government that had not been issued. Those permissions were never provided. I decided to abandon the proposal less than two weeks

When ABC’s Jonathan Karl pointed out that Cohen said he made false statements, he did so to be loyal to “Individual 1” (President Trump).

But, did President Trump or anyone tied to President Trump instruct him to make false statements to the Mueller investigation team? There is no evidence of this ever taking place.

One America News Network’s Jack Posobiec responded that there is no evidence that they were instrcuted to make any false statement: Exactly what Papadopulous said in court as well. No evidence that they were instructed to make any false statement

Is FBI informant Felix Sater [Individual 2] who was pressing to get the deal done?

Posobiec pointed out that Felix Sater was the FBI informant Cohen met with during the 206 campaign.

In March 2018, Felix Sater appeared in an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo to discuss his involvement in a deal to build a Trump Tower property in Moscow. When pressed by CNN host Chris Cuomo about whether or not he has talked to investigators on special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, Sater refused. In defense of an email Sater sent to Cohen, Sater claims it was a nothingburger, and nothing more than enthusiasm for helping Trump to become President. He claimed the email is being twisted and the intent of having Putin’s team to buy in on the Trump Tower in Moscow was unrelated to Trump becoming the next President. During the interview, Sater called Michael Cohen a “friend he’s known since childhood”.

During the interview, Sater admitted. “I don’t know Putin, I’ve never met him, but if this deal was going forward, I certainly would’ve started working the phones, as a real estate developer,” Sater explained how it would not have been unusual for him to attempt to contact anyone he needed to help move a real estate deal forward. Cuomo pressed, “But you didn’t know anybody close to Putin or connected to Putin who was telling you they wanted to help Trump become President of the United States? Sater responded, “No, I did not.”  Cuomo attempted to get Sater to confess to collusion, “And you didn’t have any knowledge of any government actor in Russia, who wanted to help get Trump elected president? Sater responded: “I wouldn’t involve myself with a government actor with any other government  for any reason—Donald Trump or anyone?”

So this is just hype and enthusiasm, that’s what you’re saying?

This was beyond enthusiasm…

Watch:

A Twitter user who goes by the name of “Trump Hater” asked Posobiec:

JACK, DO YOU THINK THE TRUMP MOSCOW DEAL IN THE SUMMER OF 2016 GAVE PUTIN LEVERAGE OVER DONALD TRUMP ??? # HELL YES

Posobiec responded by making a very important point about how the Trump Tower was never built and Trump’s energy moves are costing Putin big money:

I see where you are coming from, but if so, where is the payoff? No Trump Tower ever built in Moscow, and Trump’s energy moves are costing Putin big money

The Gateway Pundit nailed it with their assessment of the Mueller witch hunt…

Robert Mueller is desperate to produce something-anything to do with Trump-Russia collusion after a year and a half and nearly $40 million wasted on his unconstitutional witch hunt.

Mueller must justify his salary so now he is reportedly coercing witnesses to lie in order to reach a plea deal–at least that is what Jerome Corsi is alleging.

Dr. Jerome Corsi, a conservative journalist who was put through 40 hours of hellish KGB-style interrogations by Mueller’s thugs says they are forcing him to lie so he stays out of prison.

Mueller has forced everyone into perjury traps then charges them for making false statements.

Earlier today, Trump tweeted about the investigation in search of a crime:

Did you ever see an investigation more in search of a crime? At the same time Mueller and the Angry Democrats aren’t even looking at the atrocious, and perhaps subversive, crimes that were committed by Crooked Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. A total disgrace!

When will this illegal Joseph McCarthy style Witch Hunt, one that has shattered so many innocent lives, ever end-or will it just go on forever? After wasting more than $40,000,000 (is that possible?), it has proven only one thing-there was NO Collusion with Russia. So Ridiculous!

So, where is Felix Sater today? What kind of a deal did our intellgence agencies have to cut with Sater to “encourage” him to become an FBI informant? Will anyone in the breathless media bother to contact the FBI informant to determine his role in Cohen’s plea deal?

Sater was interviewed by the Senate Intelligence Committee for seven hours on April 4, 2018. After pleading guilty to racketeering in 1998, Sater apparently became an FBI informant. Sader was helping the U.S. government before that plea, and continued assisting after the agreement concluded.

In addition to his alleged involvement in the Trump Tower deal in Moscow, Sater was also allegedly involved in many covert activities on behalf of our intelligence community.  Sater made the following statement:

Although it was not an excuse, my unemployability and desperate need for money to support my family and my newborn child led to my involvement in illegal Wall Street activities, which continued for a period of less than 2 years. I was a young foolish & arrogant 25-year-old whose actions wreaked havoc on my family and my own life. I blame no one but myself and accept full responsibility for my actions.

Understanding the gravity of my actions, for the better part of the next 20 years, I provided extraordinary assistance to our government involving serious matters of National Security, posing tremendous risks to my safety and the safety of my family. My cooperation extended to the highest levels of government and implicated some of our nation’s greatest enemies, whose terrorism threatened our way of life. I provided crucial intelligence information and assistance to numerous U.S. national security, intelligence and law enforcement agencies regarding well-known terrorists and their organizations, including Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda several years before and after the September 11, 2001 attacks. This assistance significantly enhanced and potentially saved the lives of hundreds if not thousands of military personnel

before and during military operations carried out in hostile countries.

I also provided extensive assistance in preventing attacks on U.S. Financial Institutions and U.S. Financial Systems, which was entirely unrelated to any of the Wall Street activities alleged in my mid-1990’s case. I also provided significant intelligence with respect to nuclear weapons in North Korea, a country openly hostile to the United States. This is just a partial and generalized description of the massive amount of assistance I provided over two decades in defense of our country.
