Could this be another “Arkincide”? It looks like there are still questions to be answered in the case of Jeffrey Epstein’s death. Number one would be…WHO DID IT?
A second pathologist has come forward to say that the Epstein case looks like homicide. In August, famed Dr. Cyril Wecht weighed in on the case (see below) to say he thought the death of Epstein was a homicide. This morning, another famed pathologist has relayed the same message:
Dr. Michael Baden, a pioneering forensic pathologist just revealed to “Fox & Friends” in an exclusive interview that Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy is more consistent with homicide than, with a suicide. Baden was hired by Jeffrey Epstein’s brother to observe the autopsy.
Baden cited three key fractures that are consistent with homicidal strangulation rather than suicide:
“Those three fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation.”
Famed forensic pathologist, Baden, called the existence of the three fractures “rare” after observing the autopsy of Epstein:
While there’s not enough information to be conclusive yet, the three fractures were “rare,” said Baden, who’s probed cases involving O.J. Simpson, President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, record producer Phil Spector, New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez and many others.
“I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,” the 85-year-old medical legend told Fox News.

Baden has examined over 20k bodies and has been a pioneer in the field of forensic pathology.
Baden also said there were hemorrhages in Epstein’s eyes that are more aligned to happen with homicidal strangulation:
“The prominent hemorrhage in the soft tissues of the neck next to the fractures is evidence of a fresh neck compression that could have caused the death.”
DR. CYRIL WECHT WEIGHED IN ON THE CASE IN AUGUST:
The Daily Caller is reporting that forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht joined Charles Payne to discuss the announcement from the medical examiner to rule on the cause of Jeffrey Epstein’s death.
Dr. Wecht told Charles Payne that some of the leaked details from the autopsy of Epstein didn’t add up.
He isn’t buying the medical examiner’s report because of one key thing.
Charles Payne asked Dr. Wecht if he believed the theory from the autopsy of how Epstein died; “Doctor, you really do not believe from what you know that perhaps Epstein knelt, tied this noose around his neck from the bedsheets, knelt from the bedpost and created the injuries that we know about. You don’t think those two things are compatible.”
Dr. Wecht responded, “I do not believe that a kneeling position with the bedsheet tied to the bedpost, in the absence of force that would have been imparted from hurling himself from a top bunk, would have provided sufficient force to fracture the hyoid bone and fractures of the cervical vertebrae.”
Wecht continued, “We don’t know, and I’m waiting to see this report how many vertebrae, cervical vertebrae, there’s seven, come down from the back of your neck to the bony prominence at the base of your neck … We want to find out how many were broken. You do not get fractures of cervical vertebrae and high up here under the mandible, the hyoid bone, without tying — there’s no force. There’s no velocity.”
