Around 1:50 am Wednesday morning, an armed man was arrested near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and taken into custody. According to sources familiar with the investigation, the suspect told officers that he wanted to kill Justice Kavanaugh.
The man, who has been described as being in his mid-20s, is reportedly from California. The initial evidence suggests he was angered by the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion concerning Roe v. Wade, as well as the recent string of mass shootings.
The suspect was in possession of a gun, knife, and burglary tools at the time of his arrest.
The police were reportedly notified that the individual may pose a threat to Kavanaugh, and the man was apprehended on a street near the Justice’s home. He did not make it onto Kavanaugh’s property.
“The man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh,” reported Supreme Court spokeswoman Patricia McCabe. “He was transported to Montgomery County Police 2nd District.”

Since the Roe v. Wade document was leaked from the Supreme Court, Justices have been facing severe threats, with protestors crowding outside their private homes in an attempt to intimidate them.

There have been major calls for violence against the Supreme Court Justices, including murdering justices and their clerks and burning down the Supreme Court building. Unfortunately, these acts of violence are being encouraged by Leftist political leaders such as Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who recently issued a “call to arms” over the Roe v. Wade case.
The president himself has supported the protests outside of the Justices’ homes, posing a threat to themselves and their families.
