A manhunt is underway in Atlanta after an active shooter entered Northside Hospital Medical, killing at least one person and injuring four others.
The shooting occurred around noon inside the hospital which is located on West Peachtree Street between 12th and 13th Streets in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood.

The Atlanta Police Department has been issuing updates via social media and has released pictures of the suspect who remains at large.
Based on our preliminary investigation, these are photos believed to be of the active shooter. Anyone with any information on this person's whereabouts is asked to call 911. The suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached. (3/3)

As of 2:32 pm, the suspect is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous. APD has also ordered residents to shelter in place or stay out of the area.
