Once again, Buzzfeed is caught in another lie that involves spreading false propaganda about Trump colluding with the Russians. First, it was the Steele Dossier…now the Cohen story has also been debunked, but this time, it’s been debunked by an unlikely source.

BuzzFeed was forced to eat crow (once again) when it was discovered that another one of their anti-Trump, “gotcha” bombshells was a fabrication.

How long before Facebook and Twitter will remove BuzzFeed from their platforms for spreading false propaganda? Infowars was kicked off for much less…

Yesterday and today, Democrat leadership went out of their way to push the fake news story about President Trump telling his former lawyer, Michael Cohen to lie about his business dealings with the Moscow Tower.

Only 7 hours ago, the reckless Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer tweeted about how important it is that Mueller’s witch hunt is continued, citing Buzzfeed’s latest fake news hit piece as an example of why the investigation needs to “go forward” :

Allegations like Buzzfeed’s make it all the more important the Special Counsel’s investigation go forward unimpeded. AG Nominee Barr must be far more explicit & unequivocal about not interfering in the investigation and pledge to make the whole Special Counsel’s report public.

Fox News’ Shannon Bream was one of the first to break the news about the FAKE NEWS Buzzfeed hit piece on President Trump.

Fox News reports – Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office on Friday issued an extraordinary statement disputing a bombshell news report claiming President Trump directed Michael Cohen to lie about the timing of discussions over a proposed Trump Tower project in Moscow.

“BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate,” Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller’s office, said Friday.

The statement is remarkable in that Mueller’s team rarely issue statements in response to news stories. But BuzzFeed’s story sparked immense interest from Democrats, who called for renewed investigations and even suggesting the allegations could form the basis for impeachment proceedings.

In a story published Thursday, BuzzFeed cited two unnamed federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation on the matter who said Cohen acknowledged to Mueller’s office that he was instructed by Trump in 2017 to lie to Congress about the now-abandoned real estate deal to build a Trump Tower in Russia.

The report said Mueller’s office first learned of the directive from interviews with witnesses from the Trump Organization and internal company email, text messages and documents.

The report, which has not been confirmed by Fox News, was immediately dismissed by President Trump’s legal team.

“Any suggestion – from any source – that the President counseled Michael Cohen to lie is categorically false.  Michael Cohen is a convicted criminal and a liar,” Giuliani said. “… Today’s claims are just more made-up lies born of Michael Cohen’s malice and desperation, in an effort to reduce his sentence.”
