The Trump years of peacetime and prosperity are coming to an end. The Biden years of economic malaise, never-ending lockdowns, and brewing wars overseas are upon us.
The U.S. has carried out an airstrike on a structure connected to an Iran-backed militia in Syria, following three separate rocket attacks against U.S. forces in Iraq, according to a defense official.
The strike, ordered by Joe Biden, was designed to damage the militia group’s ability to conduct future attacks, the official said.

The Syrian airstrikes come after the Biden administration was confronting an Iranian regime that was promising to rapidly escalate its nuclear program.
The airstrikes destroyed several structures used by Iran-backed Shi’a militias operating on the border between Syria and Iraq, Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby announced in a statement Tuesday evening.
“The operation sends an unambiguous message: President Biden will act to protect American and Coalition personnel,” Kirby said in a statement.
Joe Biden has had to wait nearly 50 years to order his first airstrike. Historic!
