On Tuesday, the Democratic Party’s mainstream media was giddy over the news that Pennsylvania would certify their state’s November election results.

CBS News wrote:

Pennsylvania certified the results of its election Tuesday, formalizing President-elect Joe Biden’s victory over President Trump in the state despite efforts by the Trump campaign to block it from doing so.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, a Democrat, confirmed in a pair of tweets that Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar certified the results for president and vice president. Wolf said he signed the certificate of ascertainment for the slate of electors for Mr. Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

“I want to thank the election officials who have administered a fair and free election during an incredibly challenging time in our commonwealth and country’s history,” Wolf tweeted. “Our election workers have been under constant attack and they have performed admirably and honorably.”

Oops! Someone should tell PA Democrats, the Joe Biden campaign, and the Democrat Party media who propagandize on their behalf, to put the cork back in their champagne…this battle to defend the integrity of our vote is far from over.

Epoch Times is now reporting – A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday, ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Friday.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order (pdf).

“Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”

McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.

The plaintiffs alleged that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail stature—Act 77—is in violation of the state’s constitution.

“Act 77 is the most expansive and fundamental change to the Pennsylvania voting code, implemented illegally, to date,” the lawsuit, filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, states.

“As with prior historical attempts to illegally expand mail-in voting by statute, which have been struck down going as far back as the Military Absentee Ballot Act of 1839, Act 77 is another illegal attempt to override the limitations on absentee voting prescribed in the Pennsylvania Constitution, without first following the necessary procedure to amend the constitution to allow for the expansion.”

The plaintiffs include Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania House of Representatives candidate Wanda Logan.

For a lot of people in the state of Pennsylvania, this battle is far from over…

On Friday, State Representative Seth Grove (R) took off the gloves during a press conference where he blasted Dominion Voting Systems’ refusal to appear before the PA State legislature.

Post Millennial – Pennsylvania’s State Government Committee was scheduled to hold a hearing on Friday with Dominion Voting Systems, but on Thursday night, at the last minute, Dominion “lawyered up” and backed out of the hearing.

Rep. Grove pointed out that Dominion Voting Systems was entrusted by 1.3 million voters in 14 counties to properly tabulate the results of their votes from the November election.

The Pennsylvania state rep explained, “Unfotruntalty, last evening Dominion voting systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment to the people of Pennsylvania to provide input in a public format in which 1.3 [million] Pennsylvanians entrusted. Instead of running toward the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness.”

“Why?” he asked. “Why would a vendor of public goods fear discussing their product sold to the public for the public good? If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success? How hard is it to say, ‘Our ballot machines worked exactly as promised, and they’re 100% accurate?”

Rep. Grove asked a very good question, “Why, after weeks of accusations, has Dominion Voting Systems not released any analysis of the success of their voting machines to the public in order to stop their accusers in their tracks?”

“If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding from us?” he asked, telling PA voters that Dominion Voting systems has “hung you out to dry,” and “slapped you in the face!”
