Big news is breaking this afternoon regarding what comes next in the RussiaGate investigations.

AG Pam Bondi has reportedly signed off on a Federal Prosecutor bringing evidence before a Grand Jury.

The specific case to be presented involves evidence included in DNI Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral that came nearly two weeks ago.

That criminal referral focused heavily on evidence tying then-President President Obama, and his key intel principles, to the Russia Collusion Hoax.

As the Fox News’ correspondent pointed out in that breaking news clip, there have been no indictments — or even charges — at this point.

But that would be premature to begin with, all though many would argue “premature” isn’t a word that could ever be accurately used to describe this situation.

Other than acknowledging that it was personally signed by AG Bondi, the DOJ isn’t saying much about the order.

They have, however, confirmed that it pertains directly to the criminal referral from Gabbard concerning Obama and his key intel staff, as reported by Fox News:

Bondi personally ordered an unnamed federal prosecutor to initiate legal proceedings and the prosecutor is expected to present department evidence to a grand jury, which would allow the department to secure a potential indictment, according to a letter from Bondi reviewed by Fox News Digital and a source familiar with the investigation.

A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on the report of an investigation but said Bondi is taking the referral from Gabbard “very seriously.” The spokesperson said Bondi believed there is “clear cause for deep concern” and a need for next steps.

The DOJ confirmed two weeks ago it received a criminal referral from Gabbard.

Former President Barack Obama and his intelligence officials allegedly promoted a “contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn’t,” Gabbard said during a press briefing of the intelligence.

Among the declassified material was a meeting record revealing how Obama allegedly requested his deputies prepare an intelligence assessment in December 2016, after Trump had won the election, that allegedly detailed the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election.”

One person with a vested interest is Gen. (ret) Mike Flynn, who has paid a big price for daring to stick to his guns for years on the Obama Administration’s complicity in pushing fake intel about President Trump.

Gen. Flynn called in to Steve Bannon’s War Room with a warning about what should happen next to keep Obama and his cronies from escaping justice.

The American people are used to seeing justice toyed with on a federal level as if it’s stop-and-go rush hour traffic.

Promises, followed by signs of action, followed by long periods of inaction are often par for the course when it comes to prosecuting the elites with money and power.

But this is a promising step during an Administration that has already proven it’s willing to go outside the proverbial box to make things happen.

This also comes on the heels of a rash of information about unsealed and discovered secrets relating to this very hoax, as reported by the Daily Mail:

Attorney General Pam Bondi signed an order on Monday directing an unnamed prosecutor to convene a grand jury, Fox News first reported.

It comes after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard submitted criminal referrals to the Justice Department last month for former President Barack Obama and his officials including ex-Intel Chief James Clapper and ex-CIA Director John Brennan.

She unveiled evidence claiming that Obama and his team illegally conspired in the lead up to the 2016 presidential election to link Donald Trump to Russia.

The directive from Bondi on Monday also follows FBI Director Kash Patel discovering a stash of bags in a secret room at the bureau with damning documents related to the Russia investigation that were meant to be burned.

The documents were published by Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and consist of the classified annex to former Special Counsel John Durham’s final report on the origins of the FBI investigation into Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Bondi’s move on Monday is an escalation that takes President Trump’s administration a massive step closer to criminally charging Obama and his former administration officials.

A source familiar with the action speculated to the Daily Mail that the criminal referrals Bondi is acting on are likely for John Brennan and James Comey. (Emphasis added.)

At this point, even though multiple news outlets are hinting that the referrals are for Obama, or his top intel guys like Comey and Brennan, none of those details are being corroborated by the DOJ.

“A source familiar with”, as quoted by the Daily Mail above, may prove to be right.

And my personal guess that this may relate directly to Obama… could be right.

But at this early stage, those are only guesses.

What isn’t a guess is that Gabbard’s criminal referral DID INDEED focus on the allegations that Obama and his Administration knowingly worked to fabricate and pin false information on President Trump.

It also isn’t a guess that it was Gabbard’s criminal referral that led to today’s signed order by Pam Bondi.

That paints a fairly clear picture in my mind, but we’ll have to wait to see exactly how this plays out over the coming weeks — and possibly months.

I would like to include in ‘my’ evidence this clip from nearly two weeks ago put out by the White House.

If you haven’t seen that clip, it’s worth the watch.

Some of the details include Hillary Clinton’s “psycho-emotional problems” and tranquilizer use.

But besides that, Gabbard detailed the neglect of — and “selectively” chosen — intel designed to hurt President Trump, both before and after his 2016 win.

Though the path forward for this story might take weeks and months, I’m firmly placing it in the “DEVELOPING” category.
