FINALLY! Can you believe it? President Trump fulfilled a promise he made during the election…

PRESIDENT TRUMP sat at the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office and followed through with what he said he’d do…

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Friday night “to ease the burden of Obamacare as we transition from repeal and replace,” White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters.

Trump also signed papers confirming the appointments of James Mattis as secretary of defense and John Kelly as secretary of homeland security, Spicer said.

Trump was joined in the Oval Office this evening by his national security adviser, Mike Flynn; son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner, and campaign manager turned counselor Kellyanne Conway.

The new president is already putting his mark on the workspace. Crimson drapes in the Oval Office have been replaced with gold.

And a bust of Winston Churchill once again occupies a place of honor. Churchill’s bust was replaced during the Obama years by a bust of Martin Luther King Jr.

Just wait until next week! It’ll be wild and really great because the Trump/Pence team means business:

Trump, who is accustomed to completing projects “on time and under budget,” will try to bring an unfamiliar business discipline to the nation’s capital. He may find that Washington is not as nimble or responsive to orders from the chief executive as his family-run business.

“We’ll be doing some pretty good signings on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday and Friday,” Trump said during his news conference last week.

Trump plans to nominate a new Supreme Court justice to replace the late Antonin Scalia within his first two weeks in office. He’ll also direct military commanders to develop plans for battling the Islamic State and cyber attacks.
