On Tuesday, a disturbing photo showing a crying white baby on its belly while a bearded male uses his knee to pin the baby down by the neck and another dark-skinned person holds the baby’s hands behind its back was circulating around on social media.

The Gateway Pundit reports – Posts on Facebook from people claiming to be familiar with the man said that his name is Isaiah Jackson and that he has been arrested in Ohio.
The man in the photograph does appear to be Jackson, based on his Facebook profile, but we have not been able to verify other allegations against him in the screenshots included in James’ Facebook post. Isaiah Jackson was arrested on July 20 in Ohio for a probation violation.
The grandmother of the child in the photo wrote on Facebook that it was taken while the two-year-old was with his mother. His mother is dating Jackson.
The very angry grandmother said that the baby is now with her son and safe. She is currently attempting to find out who was holding the child’s legs and who took the photo.
“My son is beyond pissed. He took his boy to the ER to get checked out and everything came back good,” the grandmother wrote. “He better be glad nothing bad happened to my grandson and he better hide from all the people who will be coming for him when he gets out of jail.”
WHIO TV 7 reports that “investigators in Clark County said they are investigating the post, however, no arrests have been made and charges have not been filed.” Their report said that according to emergency scanner traffic, deputies, police, and medics were called to two different addresses Tuesday morning in Clark County as a part of the investigation.
Nationalist Review reports on a new disturbing development related to the already disturbing story- Today, we’ve learned that one Atlanta high school teacher has suggested that the image wasn’t graphic enough to satisfy his perverse needs. Brian Papin, who is reportedly a special education teacher at Cedar Grove High School in Atlanta, believed that the man kneeling on the baby’s neck should have leaned in with all of his weight until the child was dead.
The Gateway Pundit: According to Brian Papin’s LinkedIn page, he has been a special education teacher at Cedar Grove High School since July 2018.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed to Gateway Pundit that he is “100% certain” that charges will be filed against those responsible for the photo of a two-year-old baby being held down as his mother’s boyfriend kneeled on his neck.

Update: Nationalist Review has reached out to the high school were Brian Papin works to determine whether they intend to launch an investigation into his comments and if there will ever be any consequences. After all, this is the High School that encouraged athletes to take a knee during the national anthem.
