This morning, a shooting occurred at the Naval Air Station-Corpus Christi. The shooter was a Saudi National.

According to – Naval Security Forces responded at 6:15 a.m. local time, according to a post on their Facebook page. The base was put on a lockdown, which has since been lifted, but officials still ask personnel to avoid the North Gate, which remains closed.

Independent journalist Andy Ngo reported about the terror attack, saying: The FBI says the Corpus Christi naval base attack this morning is terror-related. The attacker reportedly is a devout Muslim who made numerous social media posts about Islam, jihad & martyrdom.

Ngo followed up with another tweet with additional information about the terrorist.

The shooter has been identified as Adam Salim Alsahli. His Arabic-language social media posts show someone who was single-mindedly focused on Islam. Every tweet or post was religious. He was a big fan of several Twitter-verified fundamentalist Muslim clerics.

Laura Loomer reports – The shooting took place just three days after the FBI and AG Barr announced it found an al Qaeda link to the Pensacola Naval Base shooting that took place in Florida in December 2019, where a Saudi Arabian student opened fire, killing three sailors and wounding several others in the name of Islamic jihad.

The suspect, Mohammed Alshamrani, who was also killed at the scene, was a Saudi Arabian national who was undergoing flight training at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. FBI officials say he spent years plotting his attack for Al Qaeda while living in the United States, where he was also attending school.

Authorities say they are actively searching for a co-suspect in Thursday’s terrorist attack.

This is clearly an act of Islamic terrorism on a U.S. Naval Station. The suspect, Salim Alsahli is a practicing Muslim man whose educational records trace back to Umm Al- Qura University, which is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Translated into English, the school attended by the jihadist who opened fire at the Texas naval base is “College of Sharia”, a large public Islamic university.

Here is the police scanner audio from the scene of the shooting at the Naval Air Station:

The base has been home to Naval pilot training since 1941, according to its website.

By tomorrow, Democrat lawmakers will be calling Alsahli a disgruntled visitor from Saudi Arabia, as they admonish anyone who refers to him as a “terrorist.”
