Yesterday, Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), along with Senator Martha McSally (R-AZ) introduced the Stop COVID Act, giving Americans the ability to sue Communist China for the damage they’ve inflicted on our nation.

Senator Blackburn appeared on Fox News with host Judge Jeanine where she explained the act to Jeanine Pirro. Blackburn told the Fox News host, “China’s actions have made this pandemic worse,” and “we’re going to hold them accountable for this,’ explaining, “The individuals we have talked to in China, are telling us, China kept it quiet for 51 days!”

The Tennessee Senator blasted Communist China, “Listen, China is not our friend. They are our enemy. They have been ripping us off, taking our jobs. They have been sending us this virus, this year. They’ve been stealing our intellectual property.” Blackburn explained, “What we are seeking to do is give citizens who’ve been adversely impacted by this COVID-19, the opportunity to sue the communist party.”

Senator Blackburn appeared on Fox News where she explained her decision to sponsor the bill that will allow American citizens to sue communist China. “Here’s what we do know—we know that this virus came from the lab—that there were 3,000 cases before China did anything on this—then they locked people in their apartment. They knew for weeks that they had an outbreak on their hands. President Xi knew that this was going to adversely impact them, so they let people travel out of China, but did not let people from Wuhan travel inside of China.” She continued, “We also know that they could have taken an action, they chose to sit silent. They have not allowed our CDC scientists into their lab yet.”
