Stormy Daniels’ Attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested today after a woman pressed charges for battery.  TMZ  originally reported it was Avenatti’s estranged wife but it’s even worse…it’s another woman who has not been identified. Avenatti has been accused by his estranged wife in the past of abuse but this time it wasn’t Lisa Storie-Avenatti who was abused.

The alleged incident occurred yesterday but there was a confrontation Wednesday between the two at an exclusive apartment building in the Century City area of L.A. It’s being reported that the woman ran out of the building and was on the sidewalk screaming on the phone, “I can’t believe you did this to me.”

THE CONFRONTATION STARTED WHEN Avenatti kicked her out of the apartment on Tuesday and that’s when the problem started with domestic violence. On Wednesday, she went back to gather her things and called police to be there in case things got out of control.

We don’t have the identity of the woman who pressed charges against Avenatti.

Avenatti filed for divorce from his wife last year after being married for 7 years. His wife has claimed abuse and then retracted her claims (see below)

Avenatti was in custody but has since been released.

In court documents Avenatti’s wife described him as emotionally abusive and lacking control over his anger — sharply contrasting the image of himself he has presented to the public while representing Daniels in her legal battles against President Donald Trump.
