DOES THIS SHOCK YOU OR ARE YOU USED TO THIRD WORLDERS LIVING IT UP IN AMERICA?

The suspect in the attempted murder of a Texas judge has a laundry list of hard core crimes. He’s also been on the radar of DHS for deportation. The on;y thing is that the local police say they’ve had a terrible time getting the feds to help them deport the guy. Wouldn’t it be great if the feds obeyed the laws and deported people like this thug?

A person of interest in the assassination attempt of a Texas judge not only had a case before the official, but now faces a murder charge in a Houston homicide.

Chimene Onyeri is being questioned in an attempt on Judge Julie Kocurek’s life after Houston authorities captured the 28-year-old Monday on suspicion of shooting a man to death, according to local reports.

He and a second suspect, who has not been identified or captured, are accused of killing Jacobi Alexander, 31, outside a Houston apartment complex on May 18, KHOU-TV reported.

The accusation is the latest in criminal charges Onyeri has faced in the past decade which most recently include fraud, an armed robbery and a murder charge.

He had a December court hearing for a fraud charge in Travis County that would have put him face-to-face with Kocurek in her 390th Criminal District Court.

It is believed that Kocurek would have revoked Onyeri’s probation at that hearing and had him imprisoned, the TV station wrote.

Despite a lengthy criminal record, Chimene Onyeri rarely faced convictions. A murder charge Onyeri faced in 2008 was dismissed three years later without explanation, Harris County court records show.

He was found not guilty of an 2008 armed robbery, and his charges of evading arrest in 2008, trespassing in 2007 and unlawful firearm possession in 2006 were each dismissed. He did, however, serve six days after pleading guilty to possessing marijuana.
