And that fundamentally racist worldview can now easily be seen infiltrating various facets of American culture, including the mainstream media.
But the Trump administration has made it clear that allegations of blatantly anti-White policies and actions will be thoroughly investigated.
As the New York Post reported, its hometown rival is the latest to land under the White House’s microscope:
The New York Times passed over a white male worker with the right chops for an editor’s job — instead choosing a less qualified multiracial woman, a federal watchdog claimed Tuesday, suing the Gray Lady.
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused the newspaper of breaching civil-rights law by discriminating against the unnamed male candidate based on his race or sex, according to the agency’s complaint filed in Manhattan federal court.
Nikita Stewart — the Times’ then-real-estate editor who has since been promoted to metro editor — “deviated from normal hiring protocol” in January 2025 to hire someone without experience editing real-estate coverage to work as her deputy, the suit alleged.
Social media users were quick to respond to the development:
The NYT should also be sued for years of Fake News and spreading Misinformation, but DEI will suffice.

hiring based on race is… hiring based on race. if illegal one way, illegal the other. that's equity.

And so it begins. There are millions out there who could say and the same. I am one of them. At the height of DEI I was told by Sr. Exec. not to bother and apply for a better position because “I did not wear the right uniform”.

The Daily Caller provided even more details from the federal government’s lawsuit:
The suit shows that The New York Times tracked race, sex, and sexual persuasion with literal Nazi-like accuracy, year over year, for nearly a decade. The paper also pegged actual performance compensation to the hiring of certain kinds of individuals. Hire a white man? No bonus. Hire a black latinx transgender? You get a bonus. What’s more, internal slack messages confirm leadership had moments of panic about their progress.
Totally illegal. Done with complete and utter confidence.
I know you’ve probably heard that it’s bad to take notes on a criminal conspiracy. Imagine proudly publishing those notes in a yearly report.
It’s not the evil man you really have to worry about, Dear Reader. It’s the misled, ignorant and self righteous that do the real damage.
In response to this mountain of self-made, self-published, self-promoted evidence, The New York Times did what liberals are quite famous for nowadays: Pointed directly at it and said it doesn’t exist.
“Our employment practices are merit-based and focused on recruiting and promoting the best talent in the world. We will defend ourselves vigorously,” the paper’s legal representation said.
Complicating matters further for the Times is, as I mentioned, the guy still works at the paper AND he’s part of the employee union. Reporters there, according to reports, are scrambling to identify the man. The Times leadership already knows who he is. There’s no doubt he’s about to get dragged. He’s also likely highly aware of that fact and highly unlikely to budge as a result.
This man woke up one day and chose jihad. Good for him.
The case is “highly likely” to go to discovery, which means more internal communications are going to surface. This, Dear Reader, is the thread that might just pull the whole house down.
