Yesterday morning, President Trump went off on a tweet storm starting with a tweet that was aimed at the DOJ: “I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes — and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” the president tweeted.
Shortly after President Trump sent the tweet, demanding the DOJ investigate the infiltration of his campaign, Barack Obama’s former director of the CIA, John Brennan sent a threatening tweet to Senator Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan:
Senator McConnell & Speaker Ryan: If Mr. Trump continues along this disastrous path, you will bear major responsibility for the harm done to our democracy. You do a great disservice to our Nation & the Republican Party if you continue to enable Mr. Trump’s self-serving actions.

President Trump wasted no time this morning, firing off a series of scathing tweets in response to John Brennan’s tweet:
“John Brennan is panicking. He has disgraced himself, he has disgraced the Country, he has disgraced the entire Intelligence Community. He is the one man who is largely responsible for the destruction of American’s faith in the Intelligence Community and in some people at the….
…top of the FBI. Brennan started this entire debacle about President Trump. We now know that Brennan had detailed knowledge of the (phony) Dossier…he knows about the Dossier, he denies knowledge of the Dossier, he briefs the Gang of 8 on the Hill about the Dossier, which….
Trump concluded his tweet storm by claiming, “Brennan has disgraced himself”, and that “he’s worried about staying out of Jail. Trump also calls Brennan the “genesis of this whole debacle”…ouch!
…they then used to start an investigation about Trump. It is that simple. This guy is the genesis of this whole Debacle. This was a Political hit job, this was not an Intelligence Investigation. Brennan has disgraced himself, he’s worried about staying out of Jail.” Dan Bongino
Dan Bongino appeared on Fox and Friends this morning to outline how Brennan is responsible for the destruction of Americans faith in the intelligence committee, claiming he started this whole investigation with the fake dossier:

Obama’s former intelligence directors appear to be concerned about their fate, as they make the rounds on social media and increase their appearances with their allies in the media, as they attempt to justify their outrageous actions against Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama’s political opponent, Donald J. Trump.
Recently, on an appearance with CNN host, and open Trump-hater, Don Lemon, Barack Obama’s former NSA director, James Clapper said it was the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign. He admitted the FBI “may have had someone who was talking to them in the campaign,” referring to President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. He explained away the possibility of an FBI informant spying on the campaign as the bureau was trying to find out “what the Russians were doing to try to substantiate themselves in the campaign or influence or leverage it.”
