President Trump spoke out on Truth Social, forecasting his response to the illegal Mar-A-Lago raid that violates the 4th Amendment. “My rights, along with the rights of all Americans have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our Country.” Trump pointed out that he has endured a 6-year witch hunt, and that those who have attacked him have yet to be held accountable.

The Fourth Amendment states:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Constitutional Attorney Robert Barnes tweeted that the raid warrant did indeed violate the 4th Amendment.
The #TrumpWarrant violated the overbreadth doctrine of the 4th Amendment requirement of particularity. The judge clearly rubber stamped the warrant request, DOJ clearly failed their ethical obligations, and the FBI patently violated Trump's Constitutional rights. Illegal seizure.

Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted the ultimate irony regarding what the FBI found in Trump’s safe while performing an illegal search and seizure, saying, “Trump had a copy of the constitution in his safe with the 4th Amendment circled with a sharpie.”
BREAKING: The FBI found a copy of the Constitution in Trump’s safe. The 4th Amendment was circled with a Sharpie.

Col. Rob Maness also believes the FBI raid violates the 4th Amendment. He went as far as to compare the FBI’s bad behavior to King George’s treatment of the colonists.
Trump Slams FBI For Leaving Melania’s Closet A ‘Mess’ After Mar-A-Lago Raid – This warrant was akin to what King George's governors did to the American Colonists – hence the 4th amendment which DOJ violated https://t.co/8b5QRM73mw via @robmaness
