Yesterday, shocking story broke that tech executives allied with the Clinton campaign abused their access to sensitive government data to spy on President Trump.  We already knew they were spying on him during his 2016 Presidential campaign, but the new Durham report shows that he was being spied on even while he was in office.   Saturday night, President Trump responded to the allegations in the Durham report, saying that the scandal is bigger than Watergate.

“The latest pleading from Special Counsel Robert Durham provides indisputable evidence that my campaign and presidency were spied on by operatives paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an effort to develop a completely fabricated connection to Russia. This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death. In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this.”

John Durham, an Ex United States Attorney was appointed as special counsel by Attorney General William Bar in 2020 to investigate the origins of the Russia probe spearheaded by the FBI.  In September, Durham indicted attorney Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI after he presented bogus evidence to them linking President Trump to Alfa bank.  The attorney claimed he was not representing a client during the meeting despite evidence evidence that has surfaced that him and his law firm were representing the Clinton campaign.
