President Trump responded Friday to the release of the heavily redacted affidavit used to raid Mar-A-Lago, pointing out that nothing was mentioned on the “Nuclear” documents that Trump supposedly had. Trump called it a public relations subterfuge by the FBI and DOJ. He also pointed out that Judge Reinhart should never have allowed the break-in and also should have recused himself from the case, as he had done on another Trump case two months earlier.

The affidavit was so censored it left out the information necessary for the American people to understand the nature of the raid, with pages being blocked out. A full copy of the affidavit can be viewed here.
The redacted affidavit should be a surprise; unfortunately, the Biden administration has substantially lacked transparency. North Carolina Rep Dan Bishop tweeted, “So much for transparency.”

Trump’s Director Of Communications, Taylor Budowich, pointed out that the released affidavit shows duplicity. “The heavily redacted, overtly political affidavit only proves the Biden Administration is desperate to cover up their unprecedented, unnecessary, and un-American raid against President Trump.”

He went on to point out that the Biden administration does not want Americans to know the truth.
This affidavit also fails to support any of the anonymous leaks. There was never a breakdown in cooperation or communications, this was all unnecessary! They don't want you to know the truth. All politics and no transparency.

According to Mike Davis, a former law clerk to Justice Gorsuch said, “The raid was unlawful; the president can declassify any documents he wants.” He also said, “It is legally impossible for President Trump to have committed Espionage or to have violated a presidential records act.” He questioned, “What was so urgent that caused the Biden justice department to go get these records?” Davis pointed out that Trump declassified documents and made his copy of them detailing the Russian collision scheme that the DOJ has not declassified. He said these documents were damning against Obama, Hillary Clinton, the FBI, and the intel community.
