Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, is blasting Russia for an attack on a kindergarten and orphanage in Ukraine today.

Today’s Russian attacks on a kindergarten and an orphanage are war crimes and violations of the Rome Statute. Together with the General Prosecutor’s Office, we are collecting this and other facts, which we will immediately send to the Hague. Responsibility is inevitable.

Images of what appears to be a kindergarten hit by a blast appear on Twitter.

Visegrad 24, a Twitter account that represents Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia, tweeted:

Ukraine has accused Russia of committing war crimes after it shelled a kindergarten in Akhtyrka today. Adult civilians were killed while children are fighting for their lives after the”Solnyshko” kindergarten was hit.

Here’s a video that allegedly shows the aftermath of the kindergarten that was hit by Russian forces:

The Jewish orphanage that Russians allegedly hit is “desperately” asking for help:

A West Virginia woman who grew up in an orphanage in Ukraine and was adopted in 2005 at the age of 13 became emotional during an interview about the orphanage that was allegedly bombed in Ukraine.
