“This is a moment, your moment” – Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby brings probable cause charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter, assault and many other charges to several police officers during a presser about the Freddie Gray case. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the police officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray.

This is shocking news in this case. All 6 officers are being charged and the probable cause statement has to support the charges.

A jury will decide state of mind in the second-degree charge. There are inconsistencies in the statements from the prisoner vs. the statements from the police. So they’re saying that Freddie Gray did not get a “rough ride” and did not get a beating but was just not given medical care on the ride to jail. Do these cops have an obligation to take this man to the hospital ASAP?
