Instead, the entire world gets to see the American President flail around while he tries to remember the name of his own HHS Secretary. It’s too bad Jill Biden put her desire to be in the White House as the first lady over the needs of her obviously declining husband.

Another day, another gaffe or two…Joe Biden forgot his own Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary’s name and said, “Xavier…uh…Mr. Secretary,” during his remarks in the White House before signing an Executive Order on “Promoting Competition in the American Economy.”

During the signing of the EO, Biden falsely claimed that the length of Barack Obama’s signature is shorter than his, even though it’s three letters longer. Notice how everyone laughs along with Joe like a bunch of clapping seals.
