Here is an official memorandum sent out by the LMPD signed by the Chief of Police Robert J. Schroeder:

Our friends at The Gateway Pundit report- Members of all-black and armed Not F**king Around Coalition (NFAC) met up in Louisville this weekend. NFAC is holding an armed rally for Breonna Taylor.
According to Direct Daily Newz, over 6,000 members were expected to attend the event.
