After yet another night of rioting in Portland outside the federal courthouse, the US Attorney’s office brought federal charges against five people. Two of them are attorneys and one is now claiming she was sexually assaulted by an officer. Jennifer Lynn Kristiansen, Zachary Duffly, Paul Furst, Wyatt True Ash-Milby and Caleb Ehlers were arrested and charged. Kristiansen and Duffly are attorneys in the Portland-area.

Kristiansen was charged with misdemeanor assault on a federal officer and a misdemeanor charge of failing to obey a lawful order. She pleaded not guilty to both charges. Upon her release, Kristiansen stated that she “was protesting as part of a group of mothers.” She alleges in an interview that she was sexually assaulted during the arrest, according to Heavy.

“How much worse is this going to be? Is this the day I get raped against the building? Then it was over and he was dragging me inside,” she alleges.

She practiced family law in Portland until recently. Kristiansen ran for Precinct Committeewoman for the Social Democratic Party in Multnomah County, Ore., in 2018. Her social media shows posts in support of Black Lives Matter.

Another attorney, Zachary Duffly, 44, was charged with one count of disorderly conduct on federal property, also a misdemeanor. Duffly wore orange and identified himself as part of the “dads” group of protesters.

His LinkedIn profile shows him to be an associate at Littler Mendelson PC, prior to which he was a judicial law clerk before taking work with the Portland civil rights law office. He is or was a volunteer with the Oregon Justice Resource Center, a Portland far-left legal group who sued the Portland Police Bureau in June to stop them from using tear gas to disperse violent protesters, according to The Post Millenial.

The two attorneys were among three others that the US Attorney’s office brought federal charges upon. Paul Furst, 22, was arrested on one count of failing to obey a lawful order. His social media shows photos and videos of the rioting, as well as images of himself wearing black bloc. Wyatt True Ash-Milby, 18, was taken into custody by US Marshals and charged with one count of failing to obey a lawful order. Caleb Ehlers, 23, was also charged with one count of failing to obey a lawful order.

In Portland, the Mark O. Hatfield federal courthouse has been the epicenter of intense violence and vandalism for weeks as ANTIFA terrorists, night-after-night, try to break inside and set fire to the municipal building. As per President Trump’s direction, the Department of Homeland Security sent in additional reinforcements to protect federal property early this month despite objections from Mayor Ted Wheeler and Gov. Kate Brown, both Democrats.

When will the madness in Portland end? When will justice finally be served to these ANTIFA terrorists?
