As illegal entries in to the US reach an all time high, it was revealed that Biden’s administration let nearly 95,000 illegal immigrants in to the US without a court date.  The Epoch Times Reports–

“President Joe Biden’s administration released nearly 95,000 illegal immigrants into the U.S. interior without court dates, a top official revealed Tuesday.

The illegal aliens were given notices to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office. Typically, aliens are ordered to appear in court at a future date to try to convince a judge to let them stay in the country.

Between Jan. 1 and Oct. 31, 94,581 illegal immigrants were given notices to report, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told a Senate panel in Washington on Nov. 16.

“We have discontinued issuing notices to report,” he said.”

Illegal immigration has exploded under Biden’s administration, reaching nearly unprecedented levels.  More than 1.7 million illegal immigrants have been detained in Fiscal Year 2021, according to the CBP.

Not only is Biden refusing to enforce the immigration laws of our country, he plans to give millions if illegal immigrants amnesty in his “Build Back Better” plan.  Hidden in Democrats $1.6 Trillion spending package is a plan to give amnesty to 8 million illegal immigrants.  Some sources, such as the Heritage Foundation, put the number even higher, at 11 to 22 million.

Upon taking office, Biden issued a 100 day halt on most deportations, stopped construction of President Trump’s border wall, and ended his “remain in Mexico” policy.  President Trump saw illegal immigration reach a 17 year low during his administration.  “Mayorkas has eviscerated our interior immigration enforcement apparatus—meaning that once an illegal alien enters our country, they become virtually impossible to remove,” said Matthew Tragesser at the Federation for American Immigration Reform
