Chief Justice John Roberts just responded to comments Senator Chuck Schumer made about Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, earlier today (see below), calling them “inappropriate” and “dangerous”…
The Senate Minority Leader made a threat during a speech today (see video below) that has sparked outrage and calls for an apology from Schumer.
Justice Roberts released a rare rebuke in the statement below:
The threat delivered by Senator Chuck Schumer today during a speech is similar to the threat against President Trump when Schumer said the intelligence agencies can get back at him “six ways to Sunday.”
Threatening a government official is a felony.
Chuck Schumer to Justices Gorsuch & Kavanaugh:
“You have released the whirlwind & you will pay the price.”
“You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these decisions”
Can you imagine the media outrage if McConnell said this about RBG?
For context, the ruling that Schumer was threatening the Justices about refers to rulings about abortion. There is also a recent ruling to prosecute illegal aliens for identity theft that the Democrats object to.
Schumer refers to pro-life protesters as the “bad guys” before he threatens the Justices:

Rep. Andy Biggs tweeted out that Schumer should be better than this:
This is the U.S. Senate Minority Leader – someone who has a greater responsibility to his conference and his constituents to set a more responsible and respectful example.
You can disagree with anyone without resorting to this disgraceful rhetoric.
Congress should be better. https://t.co/3a9El4GFQO
