One of the biggest talking points and hot button issues that arose during the last presidential election was without a doubt, Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

For those who might be a bit rusty in the memory department, there was a significant amount of evidence in existence that pointed to Hillary having used private email servers to conduct government business, which included the sharing of confidential documents.

The emails magically disappeared, making Clinton’s activities look super suspicious. Unfortunately, despite all of the evidence, Hillary was never held accountable for her actions, thanks in large part to FBI Director James Comey.

Now Lanny Davis, former White House Special Counsel to President Bill Clinton is coming forward with a pretty big revelation.

The Gateway Pundit has more details:

In an exclusive interview with Bill O’Reilly, former White House Special Counsel to President Bill Clinton, Lanny Davis, reveals he shared never-before-seen documents with Inspector General Horowitz showing the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email usage was ‘botched.’

DAVIS: “I was interviewed by the Inspector General. I have only told one reporter that and it was never written. This is my first time to say that I was interviewed after, I, making a phone call and researching my book, that I consider James Comey to have acted unethically and he should have been fired by Barack Obama and Loretta Lynch because he violated Justice Department policies. By holding a press conference and expressing his opinion publically on the evidence. That’s a firing offense…. I gave them documents that were never seen before but posted two months after the election, that showed that the whole email investigation was botched. That’s where I think the Inspector General will come down on Comey very hard.”

The whole situation involving Hillary and how she weaseled out of trouble is maddening to the core, as it makes her seem as if she’s above the law.

One of the greatest positives of the American way of life is the principle of equality under the law. When a politician like Hillary games the system, it destroys that principle and makes us less free.

Clinton needs to be held accountable for what she did, especially if we value our republic, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like that’s ever going to happen.
