#VeryFake NewsCNN’s Don Lemon proved why Americans are sick and tired of liberal mouthpieces for the Democrat Party pretending to be journalists when he attended Variety’s Entertainment & Technology NYC Summit on Wednesday. During his interview, Lemon compared President Trump’s lying to former President Nixon. Of course, Lemon conveniently forgot about President Bill Clinton, the only president to be impeached for LYING to a Grand Jury about his affair with an intern under his desk in the Oval Office. Lemon, continued to level more whacky, and unfounded allegations against President Trump, saying it was his “obligation as a journalist” to call President Donald Trump “racist.”

“‘It’s My Obligation as a Journalist’ to Call Trump ‘Racist’” –Don Lemon, CNN

When challenged on his accusation about Trump being a ‘racist’, Lemon continued with a few embarrassing contrived examples of inferred racism.

Lemon used Trump’s alleged “mistreatment” of the “Muslim Gold Star family” as an example of racism. At this point, if the interviewer was doing his job, he would have interrupted Lemon to explain that “Muslims” are not a race.

While the “Muslim Gold Star family” is a convenient go-to argument for the liberal media and their partners in the Democrat Party, the fact is, President Trump was forced to defend himself against the Khan family after Khzir Khan attacked Donald Trump on behalf of the Hillary campaign during the election. Hillary’s campaign used the Gold Star family in an attempt to embarrass  Trump for having the audacity to discuss temporary travel and immigration bans on terror hotbed nations. Lemon probably forgot that Obama signed a law in December 2015 that placed restrictions on 7 terror-hotbed nations.

Lemon used Trump’s investigation into the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate as an example of “racism”. Sorry Don, but birth certificates are not “racist”.

In addition to his “Muslim” comment, Lemon also used the time Donald Trump claimed that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel couldn’t be partial because of his “Mexican” heritage when he presided over a case against Trump University because of Trump’s tough stance on immigration. Once again Don, “Mexican” is not a race…

When Lemon failed to prove his case against Trump, he landed a line that was so incredibly ridiculous, that the audience actually burst out in laughter.

Lemon: “If he’s not ‘racist’, he is, um… certainly ‘racist adjacent’.”

[The crowd erupts in laughter.]

Interviewer: “What does that mean?”

Lemon doubles down on his embarrassing comment: “It means that if you’re not racist, you cozy up with people who are ‘that’.”

“If you have the evidence that shows you, that indicates, that leads you to nothing else but this president being racist, then I feel it’s my obligation as a journalist to say it. On that night I said it, and I don’t regret saying it. I believe that to be true.”
