President Trump has done what no other politician, and certainly no President has ever been able to do—he’s pulled the curtain back and exposed the fake news media. During his campaign, Trump repeatedly called out CNN, even going as far as labeling them #VeryFakeNews CNN. Now, after two years of pushing false propaganda about a Trump-Russian collusion story, Jeff Zucker, president of CNN is coming to the low-ratings cable network’s defense. In a New York Times article, Jeff Zucker, president of the network who pays airports to blast their leftist drivel on big screens while captive travelers are forced to watch their Democrat Party propaganda, is defending their decision to spew outright lies about the Trump-Russian collusion fairytale for the past two years.
Here’s just a sampling of the reckless reporting by CNN. The screenshot of the article below is from a CNN article only one month ago. The article begins by pointing out how two years of investigations still find Trump and his team offering changing accounts of their stories. The article claims, “Their denials have been debunked,” and then attacks President Trump for “contradicting his senior aides” saying “sometimes” his “team has completely flipped its position.” Writing lies with no factual evidence is no small feat. Wouldn’t every American be better served if these so-called writers spent less time making things up and more time investigating?
The New York Times, a publication that used to be considered the standard for journalism, is also guilty of publishing lies and untrue accounts from “unnamed sources” who placed Trump or Trump associates in the center of the manufactured Trump-Russia collusion scheme. Yesterday, they published an article titled, “News Media Leaders Defend Their Work.”
It’s worth noting, that even though the article points out 8,5000 stories about the fake Trump-Russia collusion probe, the New York Times headline points out how the so-called “media leaders” are defending their lies. When it comes to defending the decision to obsessively run two years of stories about the Trump-Russian collusion that never happened, CNN President Jeff Zucker takes the cake. In the New York Times article, Zucker claims that CNN writers and hosts are “not investigators,” that they are instead, “journalists.” Apparently, in Zucker’s mind, his so-called “journalists” don’t have to be accurate when it comes to the “news” they create, as he claims they are only reporting the “facts” as they “know them.” But if they don’t know the “facts,” should they really be reporting about them?
There were plenty of facts pointing to Hillary Clinton’s responsibility for the terror attack in Benghazi and the subsequent lies that were told by Barack Obama, Susan Rice, and Hillary about the video that was responsible for the attack. Alternatively, what about Russia’s Uranium One deal with Hillary? There were plenty of facts to report on both of these scandals prior to the 2016 election, so why did CNN choose to ignore them, while pushing a fake Trump-Russia collusion narrative instead? It’s a rhetorical question of course, but one that needs to be addressed by the leftist media, that has lost all credibility with the American public.
From the New York Times –
Hogan Gidley, a White House spokesman, said that, by his count, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC had published a combined 8,500 stories on the Russia probe. He specifically pointed to CNN and chyrons that would include the phrase “amid Russia investigation,” no matter what the topic.
“It’s so painfully obvious they wanted it to be true so badly, and the last two years of their lives and two years of their news coverage has been an entire waste,” Mr. Gidley said.
Jeff Zucker, president of CNN, said he was “entirely comfortable” with the network’s coverage.
“We are not investigators. We are journalists, and our role is to report the facts as we know them, which is exactly what we did,” Mr. Zucker said in an email. “A sitting president’s own Justice Department investigated his campaign for collusion with a hostile nation. That’s not enormous because the media says so. That’s enormous because it’s unprecedented.”
ABC News apologized and parted ways with its chief investigative correspondent, Brian Ross, after an errant report that Michael T. Flynn, the former national security adviser, had been directed by Mr. Trump to make contact with Russian officials during the 2016 campaign. Three seasoned investigative journalists at CNN resigned after the network retracted a report that a close Trump aide had ties to a Russian investment firm. Mr. Mueller publicly rebuked a BuzzFeed News account that Mr. Trump had instructed his longtime lawyer Michael D. Cohen to lie in his testimony to Congress. (BuzzFeed News stood by its reporting.)
“It’s pretty clear that a lot of people in the media, particularly on cable news, got ahead of their skis on this,” said Michael Isikoff, a co-author of “Russian Roulette:The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump.”
Ben Smith, the editor in chief of BuzzFeed News, defended coverage of the Russian investigation, including the decision to publish a dossier put together by British intelligence officer Christopher Steele full of tantalizing (and unsubstantiated) reports about Russian efforts to blackmail Mr. Trump.
“It’s pretty hard to imagine a scenario in which people were aware of its existence but not allowed to see it,” Mr. Smith said of the dossier.
CNN’s Brian Stelter tweeted a link to the New York Times article, quoting his boss, Jeff Zucker, who defended their decision to lie about the phony Russia story for two years.
CNN prez Jeff Zucker: “We are not investigators. We are journalists, and our role is to report the facts as we know them, which is exactly what we did.”

Conservative comedian Mark Dice, who hilariously speeds up the voice of whiny CNN reporter Brian Stelter, shared this video, showing the CNN host blaming Trump for making them lie:

NewsMax’s John Cardillo nailed it with his assessment of Zucker’s defense.
Cardillo tweeted: What Jeff Zucker really admits here is that his network never vetted what they aired. They just took anonymous source info at face value and ran with

For anyone who doesn’t think CNN’s lies have much of an impact, think again. Last month, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson exposed the truth about CNN their contract with airports to push propaganda for the Democrat Party.
