A woman with a gun walked purposely toward another woman whose back was to her, and without provocation shot her in the head before casually strolling away.

The Horrific shooting occurred in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. The streets were crowded with cars and people who quickly scattered at the sound of gunfire.

Surveillance video of the incident released by police shows a woman wearing black tights, a black long-sleeve shirt and sneakers, casually approach another woman who was chatting with a group of people. The suspect pulls a gun out from behind her back and shoots the unsuspecting woman, whose back was turned, in the head at point-blank range.

Police said the suspect then fired off several more rounds striking the victim after she fell to the ground from the first shot. 42-year-old Delia Johnson suffered gunshot wounds to the head and legs. She was unconscious and unresponsive and was later pronounced dead after being transported to Interfaith Hospital, police report.

The suspect can be seen nonchalantly turning back toward the street and entering a double-parked, white SUV, and then speeding away.

The New York Post reported on this story and has the disturbing video.
